Cancellation Policy At Fierce Loc Smith, LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following policies before booking. Appointment Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. * Deposits may only be transferred when cancellation policies are followed. Late Arrivals * A 10-minute grace period is provided. * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service properly. * Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to stay on schedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 30% cancellation fee. * Deposits are non-refundable. No-Shows * Clients who fail to arrive without notifying me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before booking future appointments. To preserve a relaxing, one-on-one experience * Only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon unless prior arrangements have been made. * Children receiving services are welcome with a parent or guardian. Payment * Cash, debit, and major credit cards are accepted. * Please have your preferred payment method ready at checkout. Hair Preparation * Please arrive with your hair prepared according to the service you’ve booked. If additional preparation is needed, an additional fee may apply.
